Damaged or defective prints must be reported with 10 days of receipt. It is our sole determination if a print is defective or damaged and not printed as supplied by image or instructions. Defective or damaged prints will be reprinted and shipped as quickly as possible without additional cost to customer. Cancellation and refunds of damaged or defective prints will follow our return policy. Returns must be requested within 18 days of ship date. One panel (print) can be returned for a refund less $40 and less shipping charges. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) is required. Any returns without an RMA will be returned to customer. More than one panel returned will have an additional 40% of the original price (before discounts) return fee. We strongly encourage the use of the FREE sample to avoid unexpected prints. Cancellation of an order must be done before the order is charged and started, usually the same day as ordered. Cancellation of an order after the order is started will be the same as our return policy. The information received regarding any order remains solely with Historical Video Productions, Inc. (BackDrop Warehouse). We do not pass any information to other companies other than applicable credit card information for credit card clearing. In short - excluding credit card info to credit card clearing through Bank of America, we don''t give any information to anybody and it is not stored in a way that could be hacked.
